It can fit kids or adults if you don't have a big neck. Once you set it up and you calibrate it with your straight posture, it doesn't need the app to work. You just turn it on and put it on your neck. If you maintain a wrong posture for x seconds (you can select it) it'll vibrate and remind you. You can personalize the parameters. I would recommend it.
